Senior Project Coordinator
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000
Sector: Developer‑Builder / General Contractor / Mixed-Use Residential

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Coordinator, you’ll support the Project Manager and site team through all phases of the project, with greater autonomy and responsibility than a junior/intermediate coordinator. You’ll help drive documentation, procurement, coordination, and communication between consultants, trades, and internal stakeholders to keep the project running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement logs
Support project scheduling and milestone tracking
Attend site meetings and prepare minutes/documentation
Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and trades
Maintain project documentation using Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
Help with permits, closeout documentation, and occupancy requirements

Qualifications:

4–7 years of project coordination experience in construction or development
Strong knowledge of residential construction processes (wood-frame/mid-rise/mixed-use)
Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office
Post-secondary education in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related
Excellent organizational and communication skills
