Responsibilities

Prepare coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other beverages.

Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards.

Promote featured products and daily specials.

Assist with inventory, stocking, and product displays.

Respond to customer questions and feedback professionally.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist with training new team members when required.

Experience/Qualifications

-

Proficient barista skills with accuracy in recipe-based beverages.

Excellent customer service with friendly, proactive engagement.

Hygiene and safety compliance in food and beverage environment.

Cash handling and POS accuracy with daily sales reconciliation.

Upselling and promotion of specials to hit sales targets.

Strong self-management with ability to track personal KPIs.

Inventory and stock replenishment support for cafe operations.

Effective shift handovers and teamwork for smooth operations.

Customer feedback collection and prompt issue resolution.

Visual merchandising upkeep to maintain appealing product displays.
