What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Customer Sales Representative, you'll meet virtually with individuals who have requested information about their available benefit options. Your role is to educate clients, answer their questions, and guide them through the enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
• Explain available benefit options in a clear and professional manner
• Understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
• Participate in ongoing virtual training and professional development
