Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our order management process and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records in the ERP system, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the ERP system.
• Enter, update, and maintain customer and order information in the ERP database.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, shipping status, and returns.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and order discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong data entry and order processing experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar.
