Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant to design, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions that improve business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, implement, and support Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops and process reviews.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
  • Develop solutions using Power Platform tools such as Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Design and support integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and Microsoft integration technologies.
  • Configure business rules, workflows, forms, dashboards, and security models.
  • Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and post-production support.
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend scalable, best-practice solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience with one or more Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer engagement solutions.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Azure integration services, REST APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 customization using C#,.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience with DevOps and ALM practices.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot and Customer Insights.
  • Scrum, Agile, or business analysis certifications are an asset.
