Here's What You'll Be Doing

Forget spending your day dialing random numbers.

You'll be working with people who have already shown interest, giving you a starting point for meaningful conversations.

On a typical day, you may:

Connect with prospective clients through scheduled phone or video appointments
Find out what they're looking for by asking the right questions
Walk clients through available insurance and benefit options
Break down information without overwhelming the person you're speaking with
Answer questions and help clients understand their next steps
Keep appointments, follow-ups, and client information organized
Complete required paperwork and updates through online systems
Take part in coaching sessions and team discussions
Put what you learn into practice during your client conversations
