What You'll Do

Melt and pour aluminum into molds.
Operate furnaces, tilt-pour systems, and casting equipment.
Safely flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum.
Inspect, trim, cut, and finish aluminum castings.
Follow detailed work instructions while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Every day, you'll work with molten aluminum, precision equipment, and modern manufacturing processes to produce components used in heavy equipment, transportation, agriculture, and industrial applications across North America.

What We're Looking For

A strong commitment to safety and quality.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
Good English communication skills.
Manufacturing, foundry, welding, or machine operation experience is an asset—but we provide full training.
High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
