Role overview

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Governance & Compliance

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement governance frameworks, policies, procedures, controls, and monitoring activities.
  • Monitor adherence to procurement policies, delegated authorities, sourcing requirements, approval processes, and governance standards across GPSM.

Supplier Compliance & Governance

  • Support governance and oversight of supplier compliance throughout the supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, monitoring, performance management, and ongoing governance reviews.
  • Verify supplier compliance requirements are completed in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Risk Monitoring & Reporting

  • Consolidate compliance and risk information to support governance forums, leadership reviews, and decision-making processes.
  • Prepare compliance and governance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking to monitor program performance and identify trends.

Audit Readiness & Controls

  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining documentation, evidence, and governance records.
  • Monitor sourcing file compliance, documentation completeness, process adherence, and governance controls.

Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Support

  • Analyze recurring compliance issues and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, training, and governance practices.
  • Support the development and delivery of procurement compliance training, awareness programs, and governance communications.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, governance, compliance, risk management, internal controls, supplier management, audit, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting compliance programs, governance frameworks, audits, or control monitoring activities.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier lifecycle management, and governance principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across multiple functions and regions.
