Location: Onsite (5 days/week)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead and support enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies that drive successful adoption of business process and technology changes.

The consultant will be responsible for assessing organizational impacts, managing stakeholder engagement, developing communication and training strategies, mitigating resistance, and ensuring long-term sustainability of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and coaching on Organizational Change Management principles, methodologies, best practices, and tools.
  • Partner with executive leadership, project managers, business analysts, process improvement specialists, HR teams, and communications teams to integrate change management throughout project delivery.
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide Organizational Change Management strategies and implementation plans.
  • Create and manage:
  • Change Management Plans
  • Communication Plans
  • Training Plans
  • Stakeholder Engagement Plans
  • Sponsor Roadmaps
  • Resistance Management Plans

Conduct organizational change impact assessments and change readiness assessments.
Identify key stakeholders, analyze impacts, and develop engagement strategies.
Coach leaders and managers to effectively lead and support organizational change.
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Identify people-side risks, anticipate resistance, and implement mitigation strategies.
Measure and monitor change adoption, utilization, business readiness, and proficiency using defined success metrics.
Communicate the vision and purpose of organizational change to ensure stakeholder understanding and commitment.
Build consensus among business stakeholders and project teams to support successful implementation.
Ensure clients, partners, and stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop sustainment strategies including knowledge transfer, continuous improvement, performance management, and benefits realization to ensure long-term adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale transformational projects involving multiple business units and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong expertise developing and implementing:

  • Sponsor Roadmaps

Experience conducting:

  • Stakeholder Analysis
  • Change Impact Assessments
  • Organizational Readiness Assessments

Experience measuring organizational change effectiveness through adoption metrics, utilization, proficiency, and business readiness assessments.
Strong understanding of project management principles and the project lifecycle.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading medium to large enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting both business process transformation and technology implementation projects.
  • Experience coordinating with communications specialists, training teams, HR consultants, project managers, and business analysts.
  • Experience defining change success metrics and monitoring organizational adoption.
  • Experience developing strategies to institutionalize organizational change and sustain business benefits.

Additional Information
