Job Summary:

The Senior IBM Maximo Manage Consultant will provide expert functional, configuration, and implementation support for the City's IBM Maximo Manage system within the Corporate Real Estate Management Division. This role involves design, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, go-live preparation, and knowledge transfer, focusing on facilities maintenance, asset and location management, work management, and SAP integration.
Responsibilities:

Provide design recommendations and configuration options for Maximo Manage.
Review and validate configuration workbooks, workflows, security, reports, dashboards, and mobile setups.
Identify and address configuration issues, gaps, risks, and provide corrective recommendations.
Conduct fit/gap analysis and recommend resolution strategies.
Support data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and migration readiness activities.
Review integration designs and support testing for SAP/SAP BTP, MREF/TRIRIGA, APIs, and related systems.
Contribute to test scenario development, defect triage, root cause analysis, and configuration validation.
Assist in release and environment promotion readiness across all deployment stages.
Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization phases.
Prepare and deliver knowledge transfer materials including walkthroughs, job aids, and documentation.
Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, issue tracking, and recommendations.

Required Skills & Certifications:

10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo configuration experience including organization, site setup, Application Designer, Database Configuration, and Security Groups.
Successful delivery of at least 3 full lifecycle Maximo implementations as an application consultant.
Expertise in end-to-end Work Management configuration in Maximo including service request to work order lifecycle, job plans, preventive maintenance, work types, and vendor/contractor processes.
In-depth knowledge of Maximo data model and setup including assets, locations, classifications, meters, and PM hierarchies.
Hands-on experience with data migration from legacy EAM systems to Maximo including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and defect identification.
Working knowledge of Maximo integrations with ERP systems and experience writing integration specifications.
Proven ability to drive SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, and go-live support with strong diagnostic skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Experience with public sector Maximo implementations.
Familiarity with SAP BTP and TRIRIGA integration points.
Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
Experience working in hybrid or remote environments.

Special Considerations:

Work primarily during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
Assignment duration approximately 12 months with possible extension.
Role requires rigorous adherence to configuration standards and testing protocols.

Standard City business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
Hybrid or remote work options available for candidates outside the Greater Toronto Area.
