Program Summary:
Technology is at the core of how LOFT delivers safe, reliable, and effective services. Our Technology and Digital Enablement Team is dedicated to ensuring staff have the tools, systems, and support they need to make a difference in the lives of others. Supporting technology across the organization, we provide a full range of services including IT service delivery, application management, infrastructure and network operations, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives. We also provide governance and oversight to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational priorities and risk management practices. Through strong leadership and collaboration, we develop and deliver technology strategies, strengthen cybersecurity, and enhance enterprise applications and data practices. Together, we enable innovation, support our teams, and help LOFT adapt, grow, and deliver exceptional care to the communities we serve.
Job Summary:
The Manager, Technology Applications, is responsible for the operational management, governance, and continuous improvement of LOFT’s core enterprise applications. This role ensures that business critical systems are reliable, well-supported, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational priorities. The position focuses on steady state ownership and execution of the application portfolio, supporting the Director, Technology & Digital Enablement in the implementation of approved application strategies and roadmaps. The role partners closely with program and departmental subject-matter experts to ensure applications meet business needs, changes are delivered effectively, and risks are identified and managed. This role plays a key role in translating strategy into execution, strengthening day-to-day governance, and ensuring applications are sustainably managed over time.
