Central Student Data & Information AdministratorCatholic Education Centre, London Permanent Full-time 1.0 FTE – twelve-month (12) position 5200 Wellington Road South, London, ON N6E 3X8

As a team member of the Innovative & Collaborative Technology Services Department, the Central Student Data & Information Administrator will provide centralized support for schools and board staff regarding student data management and maintains data validation cycle to ensure compliancy with OnSIS and the Ministry of Education.

This position is available to fill an existing vacancy within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-year college diploma in Office Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Highly proficient in Student Data Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven experience using Student Data Management Systems to build all schools including secondary school timetables
  • 5 years of office experience in a secondary/elementary school required
  • Ability to maintain the confidential nature of the position
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to create reports, analyze data and verify for accuracy
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a cooperative team
  • Strong one-on-one and group training skills
  • Troubleshooting ability to diagnose and resolve issues in all schools, including secondary scheduling required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Start Date: Immediately Salary: $33.58 to $36.57 (Commensurate with experience)
