Experienced Hardscape Installer

We are looking to expand our landscaping team and are looking for a Lead hand/Experienced Hardscape Installer with hardscaping experience

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Communicate professionally and effectively with homeowners, site supervisors, and project managers
• Support and manage a crew of 2-3 team members
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality; report to work daily and on time
• Provide your own reliable transportation to and from the company yard
• there may be some out-of-town work required (lodging and per diem provided)
• Safely operate heavy equipment - skid steer/ excavator
• Read and interpret utility locates accurately
• Read and understand blueprints and construction drawings
• Use laser levels to set elevations
• have a valid "G" license and the ability to get on the company's insurance to drive a company pick up truck

Scope of Work Includes:

• Installation of interlocking stone
• Construction of large and small retaining walls
• Installation of armour stone walls
• Planting of trees and shrubs
• Sod installation
