What You'll Do

• Operate bulldozers and heavy earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform fine grading, site prep, and elevation setting according to site plans and grade stakes.
• Conduct daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with site Superintendents and crews to keep projects on schedule.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience operating heavy machinery (bulldozer focus preferred).
• Strong fine grading skills and ability to read construction blueprints/drawings.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to job-site safety.
