Role overview

LOCATED IN NIAGARA FALLS It’s 5 days per week for a total of 35 hours per week but may sometimes be more if authorized by me. Pay rate is between $18.5 to $21/hr. The job involves appointment scheduling, scanning, helping with office procedures,answering phones, communicatiing with other doctors' offices, hospital and other administative functions. The office starts from 9am to 5pm usually but may sometimes vary due to my hospital commitments. There is an unpaid lunch one hour break in the afternoon depending on how busy the clinic is. You are expected to tidy the office each day to keep it clean, presentable and organized. Examination room should be made ready after each patient. There will be continued on job training for booking clinics, surgical cases, dealing with patients’ issues and the day to day running of the office. You will be allowed to arrange the front desk to meet your need to run the office professionally, efficiently and in a very organized manner. Smart appearance in scrub is preferred on clinic days. Your basic knowledge/function is that of MOA or general office administration. The rest, how the office functions, you will learn as you go along.
