Location: Bolton

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Receiver
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving,
inspecting, and processing incoming shipments while ensuring inventory accuracy
and efficient product flow throughout the organization. This role requires
strong organizational skills, the ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting,
and excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors, shipping
companies, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

·
Process incoming shipments safely and efficiently,
including repetitive heavy lifting.

·
Inspect incoming products to verify quantities,
quality, and accuracy against purchase orders and shipping documents.

·
Ensure inventory integrity by accurately receiving
and recording products into the POS and inventory management systems.

·
Process receiving documentation and maintain
accurate records.

·
Communicate effectively with Yard and Store teams
regarding product locations, stocking requirements, and inventory needs.

·
Coordinate with vendors and shipping carriers to
resolve shipment discrepancies and delivery concerns.

·
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving
area.

·
Follow company safety procedures and proper
material handling practices at all times.

·
Assist with inventory counts and stock
replenishment as required.

Schedule Expectations

This position requires flexibility to meet business needs,
including:

• A

schedule that supports best receiving coverage including evenings (Store
close currently 6pm)

• Weekly

hours of 32-34 hours as scheduled

Working conditions & Physical Requirements

Responsibilities may include:

• Lifting,

carrying, pushing, and pulling merchandise

• Standing

for extended periods

• Working

in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Bending,

reaching, climbing, and performing other physical tasks

Qualifications

·
Previous experience in a Shipping and Receiving,
Warehouse, or Receiver role preferred.

·
Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and
physically demanding work.

·
Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and
workplace safety practices.

·
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·
Basic mathematical and problem-solving
abilities.

·
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel,
email, and POS systems.

·
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

·
Strong organizational, time management, and
prioritization skills.

·
Ability to work independently and
collaboratively within a team environment.

·
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and
commitment to customer service.
