Yard Attendant

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

At Upstream Data, we build industrial power generation and tech equipment for the oil and gas sector. We’re fast-moving, practical, and proud of the stuff we build right here in Lloydminster.

What You’ll Be Doing

Love being outdoors, operating big machinery, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine? We’re looking for a Yard Attendant to take charge of our outdoor space.

Heavy Lifting & Loading: Safely operate forklifts to unload structural steel, engines, skids, and equipment.
Keep the Flow Moving: Stage materials so our welders, machinists, and mechanics always have what they need, when they need it.
Own the Yard: Keep our layout clean, safe, and organized. That means snow removal in the winter, grading during the spring/summer, and keeping scrap under control year-round.
Gear Up & Support: Perform daily checks on our yard machines and lend a hand with general shop duties when needed.

What You Bring to the Table

Forklift Certification: You know your way around an industrial forklift and have 2+ years under your belt.
Class 5 Driver's License: Clean abstract required.
Outdoor Resilience: You don't mind the Alberta weather - you thrive in it!
Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
