Job Status: Full-time, PermanentShift: Flexible schedule with core hours 9:00am – 3:00pmWork Location: Hybrid (Coquitlam, BC)Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 per year

In this role, you will:

Diagnose and resolve application issues across ERP and business systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Support production environments by monitoring system health, resolving incidents, and addressing recurring issues.
Implement system enhancements and configuration changes to improve functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and vendors to troubleshoot complex problems and deliver solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, optimizing processes, and enhancing application support practices.

You have:

3–5+ years of experience in application support, with strong hands-on ERP system expertise (Syspro preferred).
Experience supporting ERP and WMS systems, including troubleshooting, customization, and enhancements.
Working knowledge of SQL for reporting, analysis, and issue resolution.
Experience working with enterprise applications in a production environment, ideally within manufacturing.
Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and modules.
