Role overview
Why this role, why now
INNOOVA is a Montreal-based boutique consulting firm founded in 2019 and the only certified Workday partner headquartered in Canada. We deliver end-to-end HRIS implementations and transformations across the public sector, healthcare, finance, technology, and education. Our team offers the rigour of a recognized firm without the weight of large corporate structures which means faster decisions, direct impact, and real ownership from day one.
Our delivery practice is growing fast. Today, every project passes through a single Project Manager, and the pipeline has outpaced that capacity. We are building the next generation of our PMO, and this hire is the cornerstone. You will own project delivery across our Workday implementations and contribute to standardizing how INNOOVA executes. This is not a coordination role. This is someone who leads, mediates, mobilizes, and transforms not just someone who tracks a plan. Less bureaucracy, more impact.
Your day-to-day impact
- Lead Workday implementation projects end to end from mobilization and stakeholder planning through testing coordination, go-live, and hypercare.
- Drive client-facing project governance: status meetings, steering committees, risk and issue management, escalation resolution, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate internal delivery teams across concurrent mandates, managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverable quality in a matrix structure.
- Contribute to proposals and pre-sales activities building project plans, presenting to prospective clients, and shaping delivery approaches.
- Build INNOOVA's delivery DNA: develop reusable accelerators, project templates, and standards that raise the bar for how we execute across all platforms.
- Serve as the internal ambassador for delivery excellence coaching, flagging risks early, and keeping both client and team aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
