Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The Installer will be responsible for installing, assembling, and configuring various products and systems at client locations. This role requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure timely project completion.

Duties

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and installation instructions
Install equipment, fixtures, or systems according to specifications and safety standards
Test installed systems to ensure proper operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation
Collaborate with clients and team members to coordinate installation schedules and address on-site challenges
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during installations

Skills

Proven experience in installation, construction, or related field preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between sites
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions
Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with specific tools or systems relevant to the installation tasks, such as electrical or plumbing knowledge
