This office is known for its high-standard of patient care and a collaborative environment supported by a team of nine, including three skilled dentists.

Position Overview:

Rate of Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (rate is based on experience, skill-set, certification, and software proficiency).

Growth: Performance is recognized through structured yearly assessments.

Schedule: 4 days per week (7.5 hours per day).

Benefits: Includes a yearly Health Spending Account (HSA) and a uniform allowance.

Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and ensuring a welcoming front-end experience.

Efficiently managing the appointment schedule and answering phone inquiries.

Processing payments and navigating complex insurance information.

Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting daily office operations.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Previous dental office experience is required due to the high volume of this practice. Experience with Cleardent software is desired.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Soft Skills: Must be highly organized, reliable, and possess a keen attention to detail.

Technical: Comfortable processing dental insurance claims and managing digital records.
