Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is growing and has a new opportunity for a Coordinator, Ontario Digital Sales. This is a hybrid role, with the ability to work from the office and work from home while supporting our Ontario Digital Sales team. We are looking for a career-minded individual who is focused on growing their insurance industry knowledge and experience while supporting a fast-paced, high-performing digital sales team.
Expected Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $44,000 to $55,000, based on a 37.5-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.

As a Coordinator, Ontario Digital Sales, you’ll flex your strong administrative, technical, and organizational skills to support a high-volume digital sales team. You’ll play an integral role in keeping sales operations running smoothly, supporting management, and supporting advisors, auditing policies for quality and accuracy, and helping deliver a seamless client experience.

Why we’ll love You:

RIBO license required with 2+ years of insurance experience
Strong administrative skills; proficiency in MS Office, including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
Strong communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
Experience with insurance company portals and Applied Rating Services
BONUS: You have experience with Acturis and/or Salesforce

Once here, you'll:

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Ontario Digital Sales team
Manage and support digital sales workflows, including intake, triage, and file progression
Work closely with Advisors to ensure files are accurate, complete, and handled efficiently
Conduct policy audits and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with underwriting guidelines and company standards
Review files for missing documentation, discrepancies, and opportunities for correction, following up as needed
Prepare insurance documentation and client packages
Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems
Organize and respond to inquiries from various internal departments
Identify process improvements to support efficiency and enhance both team performance and client experience
