We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team on a 12-month contract. This is an opportunity for an HR leader who enjoys building strong people programs, improving organizational standards, and partnering with leadership to create an exceptional employee experience.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational execution and has a proven track record across performance management, compensation programs, policy development, and payroll oversight.
What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading and enhancing the organization's performance management framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.

Developing and maintaining compensation and reward strategies that support attraction, retention, and internal equity.

Overseeing the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of employment policies and HR procedures.

Driving talent development initiatives, succession planning, and leadership capability across the organization.

Providing oversight and governance for payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations matters.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment legislation and HR best practices.

Supporting a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role such as Director of HR, Senior HR Manager, or HR Business Partner leadership position.
